Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2, 2026
1. Introduction
Kwick Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Photo Goat mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2a. Information You Do NOT Provide
Photo Goat does not require an account, sign-in, or registration of any kind. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact information through normal use of the App.
2b. Photos & Media (On-Device Only)
The App accesses photos you choose to review. All photo processing occurs entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any external server. Photo decisions (keep, delete, etc.) are stored locally on your device. Any location data associated with your photos is processed locally via Apple's on-device geocoding — no network calls are made for this purpose.
2c. Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app version.
- Anonymous Device Identifier: Apple's
identifierForVendor(a per-device identifier assigned by Apple — not an advertising ID) used solely for crash report deduplication. - Crash & Performance Data: Stack traces, performance metrics, error messages, and navigation breadcrumbs collected via Sentry. All screenshots and text captured in session replays are automatically masked to protect your privacy.
- Subscription Status: Whether you are a free or premium user, shared with Sentry (for crash context) and RevenueCat (for purchase management).
2d. Purchase Information
Apple App Store purchase receipts are validated through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information — Apple handles all payment processing directly.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Diagnose and fix crashes and performance issues (via Sentry)
- Process and validate subscriptions (via RevenueCat)
- Improve app stability and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services, each of which may receive limited data as described above:
- Sentry (Functional Software Inc.) — Crash reporting and performance monitoring. Sentry Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat (RevenueCat Inc.) — Subscription management and receipt validation. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Apple — App Store purchase processing and push notifications. Apple Privacy Policy
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use advertising identifiers or engage in cross-app tracking.
Data is shared only with the service providers listed in Section 4, solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kwick Labs LLC, our users, or others.
6. Data Retention
- Crash reports: Retained by Sentry per their data retention policy (typically 90 days).
- Subscription data: Retained by RevenueCat for the duration of your subscription plus any legally required period.
- On-device data: Persists on your device until you delete the App or clear app data.
You may request deletion of any data associated with your device identifier by contacting us at privacy@photogoatapp.com.
7. Data Security
- All photo processing occurs on-device — photos never transit any network.
- Sentry session replays automatically mask all text and images.
- We do not operate a custom backend or cloud storage, which minimizes the potential attack surface.
- All communications between the App and third-party SDKs use HTTPS encryption.
8. Your Privacy Rights
All Users
- Delete the App to remove all locally stored data from your device.
- Request deletion of crash and analytics data by emailing privacy@photogoatapp.com.
